Our Return Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached – just as you’d expect when buying from a fellow hunter.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Electronic Scent Elimination devices (once opened/used)
- Scent Control products (sprays, shampoos, lotions)
- Foot & Underarm Deodorant products
- Clothing Wash & Prep items
Note: Defective items in these categories will be replaced at our discretion.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically processed within 3 business days):
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (appears on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Exchange Shipping: You pay to return original item; we cover shipping for replacement
Damaged or Defective Gear
If your decoy didn’t deploy or your pack arrived with broken straps, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “buck down.”
International Returns
For our global hunting community (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Allow extra processing time for international shipments
